The Institute of Advanced Studies of the Technical University of Munich (TUM) has awarded its Hans Fischer Senior Fellowship with the according research support to Örs Legeza , the doctor of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (HAS) and a project leader of the Quantum Information National Laboratory, for his excellent results on the tensor factorization methods .

The fellowship, worth 60 thousand euros, with a perspective for further 50 thousand euros as subsidy for research costs, can be awarded to researchers who excel on the international level, and who are working on innovative, high-risk research targets which can be studied in tight cooperation with a research group of the TUM.
