Quantum-domain intelligent memory networks

We solve autonom decision and optimization tasks by means of our resistive switching memory network which is operating in the quantum domain. The resistive switching devices are likely to be the most promising platform to implement artificial intelligence based algorithms at the hardver level. The resistance state of these devices can be programmed in an analog way even in the atomic scale quantum domain. Their operation relies on the displacement of merely a few atoms, so an excellent energy efficiency can then be expected.
